To become an SEO expert, you must adopt these ten measures.

3. Creation of SEO-friendly URL 

4. Sufficient long content

5. Insert keywords in the first paragraph  

6. Apply headings using long-tail keywords

1- Choose appropriate keywords

Before starting content writing, it is necessary to choose suitable keywords. 

It is essential for a simple reason. You need to write content around topics people search for; keyword searches enable you to find appropriate SEO-friendly keywords that people type in search engines. 

The appropriate way to do this;

1. Search Google for your topic (general).

2. Visit the top 5 content and examine the writing they give for analysis.

3. Take every URL and, using SEMRUSH or (ahrefs, ubersuggest, etc.), search the keywords to which those pages rank and get more traffic.

4. Then, decide which main keywords you will target in your content, depending on the results.

5. Retake those keywords and search for the relevant LSI and suitable keywords.

All the above steps I followed in an example while writing the post;

Searched on google using the keyword’ write for SEO.’

I analyzed the first result using SEMRUSH and found the keyword for my topic’s SEO writing.

I searched keywords for my content and then used the Keyword Magic tool (utilizing the advanced filters feature) of SEMRUSH to search for others.

Find long tail- keywords to use in your post.

If you look closely at the content, you’ll see that these keywords are used in different places throughout the article.

Following this process, whenever you write new content, you help search engines better understand your content. If your content is according to the user s needs, it will lift your website to a higher ranking, more social media shares and incoming links.

2- suitable title page

Selection of a suitable title is a crucial step for the success of your content or post, so give appropriate time for the crafting of a title that mainly includes;

· Inclusion of proper keywords.

· Must be distinctive for the website  

· Maintain user s interest. It’s interesting for users to click

· Not more than 60 characters.

· Different from the title on the first page.

Never miss any step. Before crafting the title, open google, insert the keyword and examine the first ten titles.

Your goal is to create a unique title. Otherwise, you fail to get the top ten position as Google rarely shows pages with the same title in the first ten options. For example, look at the post’s title and notice how the main keyword and related are part of my post title.

3- Creation of an SEO-Friendly URL. 

 While creating your post’s permalink, ensure that it includes your target keywords and eliminates unnecessary words.

Try to have exactly match URLs where possible.

  4- Sufficient long content

It’s time to start the content writing. You know the publication of your competitors, and you also know which keyword to use in your content.

The intent of the user?

You must ensure that your content meets your reader’s expectations for specific keywords.

For example, if you have to write an article about ‘SEO tools, you will observe that all results include a list of ‘free tools. It means google found that when users search for tools, they intend to browse free tools for the purpose.

Length of the article?

Your content must be long enough so that the user may comprehend it thoroughly and get in-depth and accurate information about the topic.

For some keywords and topics, the article’s length varies from 1500 to 2000 words; for other topics, just 800 words are pretty enough. It is the quality of the content, not the length, which is the ranking factor.

Content Quality Guidelines – Google

Numerous studies have shown that the ideal article length for SEO is around 1800 words, which is valid for many cases.

Longer articles allow you to use more keywords (without keyword stuffing), and they tend to do better on social networks.

But, these do not apply to all cases. I recommend finding the average length of the first ten results and trying to give some more content but better than the previously published ones.

For further assistance, you must apply predetermined heading tags in HTML, such as h1, h2 and h3.

Usually, a page uses one H1 tag for the title, and the remaining content uses H2 and H3 for the main and subheadings, respectively.

· You should use an image alt text to provide more clues to search engines regarding your post.

· While adequately optimizing your images, you have more chances of appearing in Google image search for your target (or related) keywords.
